My bro is doing the same cycle as I am… 250 enanth + 500 primo /week. However, he is making it a low carb cutting cyle. He is now near the end of week 4 and has being doing cardio since the beginning (aprox. 1.5 hours 3 times / week). His blood pressure is going through the roof however. I really think he needs to see a doc but he is afraid of telling.

So what are his options in lowering BP? The low carb diet and cardio should allready be BP-lowering but still he is suffering. Man in the evening his face sometimes just turns purple.

He doesn’t take any ECA or T3 or clen, so that can’t be it either. He is under a lot of stress, but I doubt if that will raise BP that much.

What kinda numbers we talking?
Sodium restriction can help some(2g/day or less) but he might be up from the test. causing increased intravascular volume and therefore elevated BP. An antiE will help some with that. If his bottom numbers are less than 100,he can try these things 1st,if his btm # is over 100 then I'd see a Doc for a full eval. Noprmal btm #(diastolic) is low 80's.
I had to go on low dose BP med with my very 1st cycle,it's no big deal, works great and I don't turn purple .....

Oh yeah, make sure if he has big guns that they take his pressure with a special large cuff and not the standard one. When the cuff is to small it gives a falsly elevated reading. They are marked for size and you can tell if it fits when u put it on by checking the marks...

Tnx for the nfo deca!! I believe his bottom numbers were around 90 upto a 100 and the upper number varied between 150 and 160. He has one of those home bp measure thingie and maybe it isn't really correct. Like I said he has a lot of stress and everytime he gets worked up he is really colored dark red and his veins look like they're gonna burst, so it must be quite high.

The high bp could be caused from the high dosages of Primobolan. Remember, Primo is used to treat aplastic anemia so it's going to increase all kinds of CBC numbers like hematocrit levels, RBC levels, etc. Those increases will certainly cause elevated bp readings. If he won't see a doc, I would completely discontinue the Primo and see what happens. 1 cc of test/week will probably cause a slightly elevated bp reading, but not that much. If the bp readings begin returning to baseline, then either reduce the Primo dose or save it and taper with it near the end of the test cycle.
