sources: fronting?!

Hi all,

What is the deal with sources "fronting"?

Are there actually real sources who will front gear, awaiting payment on delivery & testing the stuff out?

Man I would sure like that, no way to get ripped off that way!

--But--

My guess is that there are just as many shady gear users as there are dealers--and honest dealers are likely to get ripped off with this system. I wouldn't burn someone myself, it is dishonorable and I also want to "gear down" for a long, long, time...burning a source would obviously then be a bad idea.

But I have heard that some sources front.

Is this actually true???

yeah some sources do front. Not to everyone though, either you need to get to know your source or you have to be a well knowned and trusted "vet" around the boards etc.

Fronting...

Most sources who front usually get burnt big time...I know of one who has been taken for over 10k.Know your source and check with vets before you order.

Sources who front take a big risk in getting taken..just as much risk as you take sending your money to them. Once you work out a "relationship" with a source they might start fronting you....then again they might not!!!!

first research,then do your time,eventually you'll find a good source(I'm lucky to have a couple)then it depends on the relationship you have with the source.PERIOD!
