I've read lots of threads on this from the past,,,on several forums. Lots of theories. Also lots of different theories from MD's.
B12 deficiency
Nerves
Caffeine
Electrolyte imbalance
Vitamin deficiency (multiple vs just cyanocobalmin b-12)
Possible infection somewhere in the body
Any new theories or anything solid you may have could help alot. I take a crapload of vitamins and have cut caffeine except for the chocolate in my protein shakes. Other than the nerve or infection thing I cant think of anything else.
