Very Carefully, A bic pen cap will help you break them if you aren't careful you will bust them and spill the goods.!

take a small nail file and score one side of the neck. most amps already have a little score on them. then with thumb and index finger hold the base with one hand and top with the other and pry back it should snap right off. don't file to much because you will get little shears of glass in your product.

Has anyone heard of taking these and then running a low grade fever after taking these. I have started to take them and noticed I get a small fever. Maybe I am imaging things but I noticed a pattern.

you should check to see if you have any lumps at the injection site. fever is usually brought on by infection. most of the time it goes away but if not go see your doc. it is not something you should fool around with. if it's a very mild fever then its probably just your body reacting to the drug. (but very mild) if not keep an eye on it.

How do you get all of the contents out? I guess it's inevitable some will be left over, but how do you get the majority out?

just take your extracting needle and extract it. some people use the same needle to extract and to shoot. not a good idea. there will always be a tiny little bit left in the vile, but it's just a small amount. take the vile crack the top off then tilt it a little bit, stick in your extracting needle 25 gauge or lower works best. then slowly pull the plunger back, until all the product is now in the syringe. simple as that.

way too much work..just grab a towel and snap the top off at the neck...hold the top and bottom with the towel in case you end up squeezing too hard and shattering the whole thing in your hands..

I take a keychain holder and use it to pop it like a beer top off of a beer. I quit taking the sus. I am done with my cycle. Their were no lumps.... but the fever would only stick around 1 or 2 days after I took the sus250... Good results from them. I just can't be that sore and still try to work out. The prop irritates me to much. Thanks for you help though

yeah, the prop does make for a nice sore injection site, but I consider that all part of the process now...I think if I wasn't sore, it wouldn't be the same..

Make sure you alternate injection sites. This prevents scar tissue. Make sure you're using an 1"1/2 long needle because sustenon is oil based gear not water based like winstrol depot. I used a 22 gauge, 1 1/2" syringe and felt a difference from using the 1/2" 29 gauge syringe that I started with before becoming educated.
