5 - post workout, 33 gms hyrdo whey, 33 gms dextrose, 33 gms maltodexterin

6 - more chicken and veggies, no carbs
 
I’m at 205 lbs with 15% bf… I’ll start cuttin next week…only for three weeks until cycle is over. Then cycle is over and I’ll go for maintenance (allthough I’ll probably get cravings again and gain fat real quick.)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
2200 kcal: 300 g protein, 65g fat, 100 g carbs (50 pre and 50 post workout)
normal high intensity workout

Tuesday and Thursday:
1800 kcal: 300 g protein, 65g fat, no carbs
no workout, maybe perhaps a dip in in the pool or some skating or any other light recreational activity.

Saturday and Sunday
1800 kcal: 300 g protein, 65g fat, no carbs
1.5 hours of cardio

I’m still ‘on’ so I hope to keep all my muscle. Maybe I’ll try the T3 again, although I have suffer from dedydration more and more. If I do it will be mild…perhaps 25µcg a day week 1, 50 µcg a day week 2, and again 25 µcg a day week 3.

Dunno yet.Starting in september.i have a operation which sidelines me from litfing 1-2 months,so i will start then.
And since i am a fuckup,A fitnessguy is gonna help me with the program.
i have no plans on what weight or percentage i will try to get down too yet,but my current weight is exactly 150,7 kilo with to much fat :(

Try this
protein @1.5g per lb of bodyweight/day
carbs 80-120g/day (to keep the t3 at a respectable level) -also depends on bodyweight. If you're under 200lbs, then closer to 80g carbs/day, if over then closer to 120g/day
fat-minimal( like 30-50g/day)

since eating meat by it self is really hard for me i will eat a small amount of rice or breads with food, approximatly 30g carbs i will take 600mg of ALA so i could stay in ketogenic mode.

taz relax man the plan u posted is funking deadly last time i tried it i went down to 0.3% bf so newbeezz dont listen to tazzz.
 
what really works for me when cutting is dropping my carbs to 30g a day with protein at 2.0gm per lb of body weight (this helps maintain muscle with minimal loss during cutting). I starting cutting back in Jan. I was 238 and 14% bf and right now I'm 200 and 8.5%bf.. this diet was great. Didn't lose any muscle size and actually put on some size.
