What do you guys do in between cycles? I'm finishing my cutting cycle, and I didn't get as lean as a wanted, even though I dropped like 50lbs. Once I start clomid, should I continue to diet down or hit more of a maintanance diet for the 3-4 weeks. My next cycle is a bulk one, so should I just start bulking when I start clomid, and just up my cals some more when I start juicing again? I hate "maintainance" because I always want to improve, either getting leaner or bigger, never the same.
On the same subject, what do you guys do in between bulk cycles? I thought about cutting down, but then I've heard that dieting down without gear would lead to too much muscle loss. I'm starting my bulk cycle sometime in October (10 weeks of test, fina, dbol) and then another one (probably similar to the 1st) after a two month break. Then a break and into a cutting cycle which should take me into next summer. Can those of you that have some experience in this give me some kind of plan to go on. I know it's a big question, but I think everyone has it at some point in their "lifting carrer." Please help me out.

This is a difficult Q. I am in the same position. Cutting now and then going for a bulk.

You are right about cutting down withour gear. Not really recommended.

I would try to train and eat 'normal' but that is indeed a gard to define term.

You could 'bridge', but I don't have any experience with that.

I stick with the same diet all year round... Eat to gain, BUT eat lean and stick with complex carbs. I typically tend to get cut naturally when coming off a "Bulk" cycle. I suggest you do cardio 4-5 times a week just for 30-45 minutes low intensity, and train between the 6-12 rep range with 4 sets plus one warmup to each lift... Just take some time off until you feel like your body has gone back to homeostasis then juice it up! I typically try to stay off 10-12 weeks... but usually it's just about 2 months before I cave.

After a cutting cycle I continue to eat very clean and low carbs untill I am off clomid, but that is because I am always coming off
T-3, and your metabolism will be low when you first come off that as your natural thyroid production will be low, this is also when I use an e/c/a or preferably n/y/c/a stack. I use the e/c/a at this point b/c during the cycle I use clen. 2 weeks on 2 off.

Then after I come off clomid I begin to eat more cals. I add like 200 cals. every three days slowy introducing more carbs to my diet, untill I reach my maintnence cals. Keeping in mind the # of cals. used to maintian now are different from b/f.

And after a bulking cycle I bassically do the opposite. Slowly lowering cals. down to maintnence.

Also at all times I keep fats at 20% total cals. the only numbers that change are protien and carbs.

I have done all kinds of bridges and found that 15mg dbol in am only is an excellent bridge, slin too but not for everyone.

i just go cold turkey, after pyramiding down, then after about two weeks of hell, counting every day, every hour, every minute, every second, i go back on, swearing that it will be my last cycle, and this time----i mean it. lol.

IGF-1 between cycles, always. I never lose shit for muscle when I use the stuff, It keep everything but the water, and burns off a little of the fat.
