Why the hell can't I inject into my quads? As some of you may know I am on tren. ed and prop. eod, and therefore need to start changing injection sites. I do all my shots myself and so I used to use my quads, all the time. But now it seems that everytime I use my quads, my muscle has a spasm and it hurts like hell. This hasn't always happened, this happen to anyone else, any suggestions?

run the juice under hot water prior to injection, that'll help greatly for the prop which tends to hurt like a mofo anyway. what brand?

change the inj area, your hitting a cluster of nerves bro. try a couple inches away.
Yeah I am just going to move the injection site up and over some. When injecting into the quads you can use a broad area correct? There's a lot of room there without much in the way to damage, am I correct?
The prop. I am using is from germany, I get the powder as in the raw material and just make it into my own injectable at 100mg./ml. I feel that is the best way to go, as I know it's the correct dose and I know there's nothing else in it. Last time I used IP gear I didn't even bloat up much, which indicated to me that it was heavily underdosed. I have had bad luck with IP lately, it used to be good but now I don't recomend it to anyone, even though it's as cheap as water.

I think UR just freaking bro. Relax and make sure your knee is fully extended and fully relaxed with NO pressure from any direction. You can stick all the way from 2-3in up from the knee cap to 5-6 in down from the hip IMO. Vary your spots up and down and side to side and you should be fine. PM me if you need more help.

quads is one of the hardest muslces to relax so do it in the morning after the a warm shower.
