Thanks for all the warm welcomes. Yeah stefke, I am on anti. dep. at the moment. Long story. Quit training for now. Need to get my shit together first. But sooner or later the itch will return and I'll get back to pumping iron. In the meanwhile I still enjoy coming in to the baords and sharing info. Just because you are on the bench doesnt mean you cant help others out.

that is so tru i cannot help my self but i can help others with the same problem so that was the point of creating this board so all of us ANABOLIC DRUNKIEzzzz could help each other out.
