No offense bro, I do understand the relationshp between SL and MC --

however the schwartz labs MRP is full of maltodexterin, a high GI carb --- that may work fine if you're bulking and don't give a rats ass how much fat you put on. For lean gains and cutting you're better off with whole grains as your primary source of carbs as is in the new prolab product.....

Been looking for a good MRP for the MRP diet that I saw on a site that I have now lost. They suggested going for 2 weeks but had certain directions as to how to go about it. It included 1 small meal at night. Anyone know what I'm talking about? THX.

that looks good with the complex carbs. But the price! I've been using NLarge for awhile now. I guess you get what you pay for.
