how should the kits come, in ice, are they ok not fridge packed?if there sitting in the heat to long as they would be if shipped reg mail will it be recked?
The kit contains 2 vials that gets mixed together,once they're mixed you have to chill it otherwise you'll have very expensive mixture of water and amino acids.
