Help with this Nolvadex question!

Ok, my friend went to Rosarito Mexico over the weekend, so I told him to buy me some nolvadex for me....to make this story short he brought back a product I have never seen and need help identifying it. It say's Tamoxate made by Cipro Victory on the bottle, which contains 10 mg. of taxoifeno. Now does anyone know if this product is legit or atleast heard of it?
