man, i just shot some t200 into my right quad. i feel dirty, i feel cheap, i feel like a cheater. i dunno, i feel like i'm letting myself down. emotionally, i feel like a rat. but i do have a question. is it a bitch for all of you to load your syringes? i had a hell of a time, and i couldn't aspirate worth a shit when i had it in, it wouldn't come back for crap. also, my leg wanted to jump around a bit...like nerves or something. is all this stuff cool or what. oh ya, i'm a diabetic and i shoot up all the time, but i was affraid of a 22 1/2 gauge needle. i was just wondering if it was a bitch for you guys to load and inject your shit. cause it took me forever compared to my insulin shots. peace and booty grease :D

When I shoot my quads I always sit down so theres no tension on the muscle,it helps me to not get that feeling of the needle moving cause I wasnt the steadiest, and yea, draw with the 18g ,switch and shoot with the other.

Al, if you feel like you've let yourself down, I'd ask yourself seriously WHY you decided to try AAS in the first place. I would say you need to reevaluate your goals and balance them with the consequences involved...i.e. the legal ramefications, the potential health risks, family issues, work issues, dealing with side effects, etc... If you are not totally convinced you are ready, then you really should quit now IMO.

As far as quads go, IMO they are the best. I sit on the edge of the commode and let my leg lay totally straight so that the knee is relaxed and the quads have no tension in them whatsoever. You can do this sitting on a bed too. I've tried this standing up, but that doesn't seem to work as well. If there is any tension in the quads, you have a chance for that "jumpy" quad effect. When you aspirate, it's not supposed to really come back. Put some gentle pressure (pull) on the plunger...if nothing enters the syringe, then you are good to go. Don't force the aspiration too hard or you'll get what they call a FNA core (Fine Needle Aspiration), and the muscle will get cored and pulled up into the needle. As far as loading goes, presser's right if you want it to be easier. Otherwise, just take your time...it's slow going into the syringe from the vial. Putting the same amount of air into the vial first does help a little bit though.
