IS Back

What's HAPPENING PEOPLE......I've been gone a while but I think and hope I'm back for good now....been bounced around a bit and had no puter which sucked big time.....took a layoff at my old company and then got a new job, quit that and came back to the old company (talk about indecisive!)


So I hope you are all doing well and keeping up with your training etc......I hope to be hanging around more often so I'll be posting as much as I can....

sup bro, glad to see ya. Hope you have been keeping up the training..........Sounds like things got a little rough.

I kept up with the training but nothing serious until recently.....I totally revamped my diet and started hitting the gym in the AM......6 meals a day, mucho protein, good fat and a bit of carbs......so far so good and I refuse to get on the scale so I measured everything and use that....so far the waist dropped 2 inches so I'm happy with the results thus far and hope they continue and they should.

actually life was good cause I had a nice paid vacation and found another job before that cash ran out. The new job was kinda sorta BORING so I opted to come back to the old job.......so here I sit smiling....
