depends on the person, yes they can be addicting, but they arent the easiest thing to get hooked on. just dont use em too much for too long.
i dont recommend valium for sleep buddy. they give you a massive croggy hangover. at least they give me one. there are better sleep aids out there. they will help you sleep but the next day your brain doesnt work. kinda cloudy headed. have you tried melotonin? they work good for me. i take 6mgs when i cant sleep. good luck. im lucky cause i never ever have a problem sleeping.

i havent tried it yet, but that new sleep aid this website is selling sounds pretty good. they say no hangover, which is the thing i hate about valium and xanax.

they right bro.....valium can be addicting.its definately not what you want if you just need a sleep aid.it leaves you feeling groggy as hell the next day.
it's one of those drugs that sneak up on ya.you take it to "go to sleep" and then you find that you cant sleep without it after a month.......see what im gettin at??
try something OTC.......melatonin,valarian root,chamomile etc.......i find that the sleepytime tea from celestail seasonings works pretty good...just my 2 cents

If you have an addictive personality then you will get hooked on ANYTHING..smoking, drinking ,drugs ,AAS. I take Valium when I can't sleep usually 10mg sometimes 20mg. I don't ever feel groggy the next day and sometimes they only put me out for 4 hrs anyway. And yes they are real Roche 10mg blue ones. Use em at your discretion.
