What does frontloading mean? and also what does bridging mean?

frontlaoding is upping your dosage for the first couple of weeks of the cycle, and bridging is taking a mild dosage of roids between cycles

Frontloading- It will get test levels up to a "therapeutic" level and you will see results quicker. Example: frontload test prop at 200mg ED for 10 days then start your cycle. I personally do not like it but remeber everybody's body is different.

Bridging- It allows you to stay on to when ever. I do not agree with this because your body needs a break. But that's just my .02
