Doing abs on the roman chair

Sup Presser... I've got some great lower ab exercises that hits both regions and also obliques.. what you will need:

decline sit up bench, weighted medicine ball (I use 10 and 15 lbs) and a partner

your partner stands at the raised end of the bench facing you.. as you start to decline back he throws the medicine ball at your forehead with plenty of ummph behind it.. you catch it on your way back and let the ball's momentum push you back forcing your hands and the ball over your head completely.. as you come back up about half way you release the ball throwing it back to your partner... this is done very rapidly and the ball is thrown back and forth with a good amount of force...

Obliques .. the same routine but do it to one side catching the ball with one hand for one set and then switch to the other side..

I've never been more sore in the abs when this is done correctly.
