I read a post about directions how to take short acting insulin (Humulin R)-there is a much more effective way to take it using alot less than the 30 ius mentioned-short acting slin is the easiest to regulate, here's the best way to get the most gains out of it:
1. Pick 3 maybe 4 days a week that you are training to take your insulin, not everyday
2. When you wake up take 6-7 units of Humulin R-immediately after your shot, drink a protein/carb drink with some type of sugar in it
3. One hour later, eat a full meal with both protein and carbs
4. Later in the day when you train, take 5-7 units preloaded to the gym
5. Right in the middle of your workout, go to the bathroom and take your insulin-continue your workout
6. Immediately after your workout, drink a carb/protein drink(with sugar)and put in about 3-5 grams of creatine in it
7. One hour later, eat a meal consisting of protein and carbs-the insulin will push the creatine and carbohydrates into the muscles

I guarantee this will work but keep in mind insulin is still a very dangerous drug, user beware. Always keep some type of simple sugar on hand and consume it if you feel the least bit funny.

Well I did it just a little different since it was my first time and it worked alright. I took 5 ius right after workout and then drank a protein shake with this white shit,lol. I forget what it is but my man hooked me up. The shit is really hard to find. A 1/4 cup of the shit is like 40g of carbs. Next time I do it I will use 5 ius when I wake up then use 5 ius after workout.

Call me a pussy but im a little nervous, Imagine youre in the gym and bang you drop that would be very embarrasing and the emts would need to know what happened and they would search for the pin you used so you could take a pinch Iwould go outside to do it if I was going toduring the workout and a training partnerwho knew what you where doing is a must. Mb have you slipped into hypo a little? what did it feel like if you did?

You can feel Tired, light headed, drained of energy almost like someone pulled the plug.

Well I didn't experence any thing like that. After workout go to car a shoot. As long as you take enough carbs you will be fine. Like I said I took it after my workouts. So there would not be any falling down in the gym,lol.
