How in the Hell Do I get these abs!

Im 200lbs with about 16% BF. Lookin to get this build but with larger Chest and larger shouldr caps! I have always though he had great abs!


WHAT do I do To get these abs yes stay with my size. Tried a keto diet and No weight loss.. just becaame a real asshole!

Please Help

Diet and some die aids. And even then you have to have te gene. I have real strong abs and last year I got down to 8.5 % bf and I could hardly see them.

Don't mistake your self on pic as these. These are skinny motherfuckers with a natural ultra low bf. They start working out and juice and so they get more muscle while still keeping low bf%. He is skinny, believe it. just look at his shoulder width. He is not even V-shaped. He shoulders are as broad as his waist.

Depending on how your genes are set you will need a different approuch.

I know it's hard. I'm in this sport for 90% because I wanted abs like that. I know I will never have them... but there will come a time I will get damn close.

Damn all you mf's with natural low bf levels and overspeeded metabolism. I hate ya all :D :D Nah j/k... I can only envy ya.

Caladin bro it's obvious why you don't have abs. Your bodyfat is way too high to see any abs (unless you happen to be one of the few lucky ones that has low ab fat via skinfold calipers) and is able to see abs. Get down under 10% and then see how your abs look then. Get back on that diet brother, get back on it.

Primobolan 400 a day for 6-8 weeks.

Cardio 2* a day from 1-2 hours total

eat negative calorie foods

continue to train

Eat only pure quality clean foods, evenly spaced out into 6 meals.

Eat for a 500 daily calorie deficit under your active caloric rate

no need for burners other than a quality ECA.

No need for winnie and clen. They are actually quite hard on your body. You can do it with pure willpower, work ethic and sweat...as long as you have the primobolan to hold you together...


Hey, am I the only guy who uses primo here? It's expensive, but damn, ya do not break down.

I was going to model and I gave up bodybuilding. I went from 210 to 180 in a few months, I ate roughly 2000 cals a day, 1hr of cardio 4 days a week, lifted 3 days a week. Lots of complex carbs, clif bars, and protein.

Let me tell you it was hard not eating much, and although I looked great im supposed to be atleast 200. Dedicate the next 6 months to gettting great abs, lose fat slowly to keep muscle and it will happen.

hell yeha i am definilty gonna model, but gottdamit i have these fucked up strechtmarks so i have to tan sick. but i am thiking of getting micro dermabrasion. one of the best ways to get a six pack is i think gh, t3, clen/eca, anavar. with a shit load of cardio and a very very clean diet.

theres a huge lighting difference between the two pictures.

1-the cc pic is a grey scale, and thats adds to definition in pictures a lot.

2-the biggest diff, in mbs pic he used a flash, so the light was coming from head on to his abs, in the cc pic the lighting is coming from the top. look at the shadows people.

photography makes some awesome illusions. and beleive me, lighting from above makes a world of difference in abb definition compared to head on lighting. try it yourself if you have some abs and youll see.

guys my i am at currenlty 15%bf and i could still feel and see my abs so i guess i naturally hgave thick abs but its really hard for me to loose the fat.
 
At 16% bf, you'll need to plan on a pretty long dieting cycle to get down below 10%. At least 16 weeks straight of strict dieting and cardio like cooltime said above.
