Cardio on Days 1,4,6 (30-45 minutes of Jogging or Cardio machine)

...i guess it looks fine bro...everyone is different so i would never tell someone this is what you should do...if it works keep doing it the way you want...everyone has their own ways and imo its all trial and error till you find the "right" routine(s) so to speak...
