diarrhea

Anybody ever get loose and watery during a run?
Could it be all the water my body sucks up during a workout?

In considering my diet, I can't really think of anything I've started doing differently... been eating a lot of bacon the last week or so...

Im thinking it could be the digestive enzyme supp. Im taking, as it has milk thistle in it, among other things.

Any thoughts? Other than snickering?
