HURT ELBOW

I don't post very often,but i do lots of reading here.
i find that this board is a bit more focused,was hoping to get some help.
having the bad kind of pain in the muscle around the elbow area.can't do any kind of movement like(example,chins)
this movement on my right kills when working out.i have been putting a velcro strap around my forearm,it seems to be helping.
i always take msm,but i don't think its the kind of pain that msm will fix.
i am wanting to do a cycle,but i don't think i will be able to get the full workout benifits.

u know what a doc.will say(take it easy for a while)not an option!i'm a hard gainer and am wanting to comp.next spring.just starting to put a little weight on.any help would be appreciated
 
bro there are many different possiblities.
first of all if u did winny the pain cpould be from that.
another reason could be that u didn't stretch or warm up before the workout.
there are other possiblities.

but here is the best way i think u can fix that

take
800ius of vit e
4000mgs of vit c
msm
shark cartilage

take all of that for w-3 weeks and give your elbow flexor some rest. just stretch everyt single day and do very light training with that arm.
