I don't know what the hell else to do. My first cycle I ate like a champ. After that I can't eat alot. I eat one large burito for brunch and 2-3 protein shakes and dinner. I could eat that by 1.pm before. I have tried to take digestive enzymes. They don't work for me anymore. Asid from b-12 shots is there anything else to help me? Yesterday I got really pist off and force fed my self and I puked it all up. This sucks!:(

have you gotten checked for intestinal worms? Dude, I look at a burger and I swear I gain 3 pounds. Wish I could have some of your metabolism and desire for food. Try eating stuff that has more dense calories (less watery stuff like the shakes). It will feel less filling to you and give you more cals and prot per volume.

MRP’s…… Meal replacers are the only way to go. I can’t eat all this shit some of these guys pound down but the MRP’s save the day. Drinking is a lot easier that eating that much clean food. I still try like hell but I drink at least one per day.

B-12 is good for the apetite. EQ also helps. Stay the hell away from tren though. I feel like I could live in a pizza parlor and not gain weight on that shit!...LOL....

add some Flax oil to the shakes for extra calories,makes them taste better 2 IMO,creamier when u add ice

well my last cycle which ended about 3 weeks ago. I used eq from ttokkyo and it was either bunk shit or I just don't react good to it. No hunger, and shitty gains which I lost most of. Flax seed oil? how much do I use and where to get it? Intestinal worms highly unlikely. I would be hungry all the time and weak. Thanks bros, always glad to have stand up people like you for info!;)

Flax oil at any health food and some grocery stores,very cheap...like 7$/quart or less and a tablespoon is loaded with omega 3fatty acids and calories. I use 3 tblsp./day when bulking,adding one tblsp./shake.
