time zones

In what times zone do you all live in? I mean its' 7 am here now and where are all of you? Just want to cope wth the time difference. I sometimes don't realize that if I sent someone a pm or a mail when I wake up, that he has just gone to sleep.

Please post in GMT time. I have no clue about US timezones.

I am GMT+1.

+5 here. alot of people gont know what gmt is. it stands for greenwhich mean time. i had to know all the time zones when i was in the coast guard. kinda cool to see someone else say gmt.

I thought GMT was a world standard?

And if you are with the US coastguard than it should be earlier were you live. GMT +5 would make you live in Mid Russia or India.
