don't listen to IP

if you are going to heat your gear.. don't do it in the spoon the way he says.. i can't belive he still has that information out there.. just heat it in a 10ml vail.. and if you don't want to listen to me.. please don't heat the gear on a gas stove.. IP has to rember not all people are as smart as he is.. one of the dumbest things that i've ever seen someone to tell people to do.. put BA next to an open flame.. now that's smart

I'll bump that...just nuke the syringe for 20 secs or run under hot water.

i just run hot tap water over the vial to heat it up before i shoot i keep mine in the fridge (my tren that is)
