What up gents? Just want to drop a note on my progress that last month and throw a little back ground on ya....

when I started here I was weighing 320 or so (might have been 325). So after about 3 months of good solid training and some ripped fuel I dropped down to 290 and was now fitting into 42 inch pants.......so then I lost my focus here and there but by the winter I had regained it. i went on a Prop and EQ cycle with t3 and I didn't "SEE" the results I thought I would. Basically I was an idiot for even doing it but when someone offers to hook you up with gear it's tough to say no (especially when it's free). So I hardened up but still had way to much fat on the bod so once I came off I lost my motivation and hurt my knee playing bball. the only good thing is I managed to stay right around 290 and occasionally I'd get as high as 300 again.

Well a month ago my girl and I just decided that it was time to do this right......so we started shopping at BJ wholesale cause DAMN good food is expensive and we began going to the gym every morning to work out. I've been eating 5 meals a day (looking to add a 6th sometime soon) and I pretty much eat the same thing every day.

1st meal- 5egg white, 1 yolk and 1 tbls heavy cream omelette witha banana and 1 tbls salt free Peanut Butter (the natural teddy PB)

2nd- Protein (2 scoops), 1tbls heavy cream, 1tbls PB and half a banana

3rd-4 cups o salad with a shit load of green beans and 2 scoops of tuna

4th - same as 2nd

5th- either beef, chicken or fish with as many veggies as I can eat without being stuffed.

Wow this post got longer than I thought LOL....almost done though :)

So last Friday night I got on the scale and I had dropped 5.5 lbs which is freakin sweet.......I'm almost positive that is all fat and maybe say .5lb of muscle (the reason I say this is my bicep measurement stayed the same). Also I now fit into 38 inch jeans which for me is an ENORMOUS accomplishment.....I can not remember the last time I was in a 38.......I told my father and he was so shocked he asked if I was on any drugs LMAO!

So I'll keep ya posted on the progress in another month and I want to thank the bros that know me from the beginning for all their good solid advice.

Thanks!

Stick to that diet. It will do wonders.
