hey guys I know this is a little wierd but we all need some motivation! I have some quotes that I have up in my room and my workout log that keeps me going. We all have those days.

I have this on my workout log book on the very front In big bold black letters

" I move steel like it was air..I am a powerhouse of energy..I feed off the weak..I am fear..You cannot stop me or control me.. you can only hope to contain me!"
