What's so good about them?
Where I work out everybody and I mean everybody hits the sauna after their session.
Everybody is always telling me how good it is, but than when you ask 'm why, not a single person can answer.
Point is...I don't like sauna's. There too f*ckin' hot and I sweat more than enough without them already.
So is there any proven and profound reason why I should sit in them? Are there any real benefits to them? Besides off course when you are getting ready for a show and wanna loose water, which I don't.
Do any of you use it for a good reason, other than the fact that you just like it (which seems to be the main reason people sit in them IMO).
