lactose intolerant

I just recently discovered that I was lactose intolerant. Now that really fucks up my diet, i mix all of my protien with milk, also i like to eat things that contain dairy products. besides taking lactaid, what are some good things to eat while trying to bulk that doesnt contain lactose?
 
Well I thought lactose is only found dairy products so if you stay away from that, than no problem.

Shakes normally can be just as well mixed with water.

Any high protein food is good for bulking... fish, meat, poultry, etc...
 
Dude, go for the Lactaid Milk - I get the fat free one with 100% Lactose Free - it mixes and tastes great.

I'm not intolerant, but I definetly get the rumbles drinking any type of milk or milk product - I buy that Lactaid Milk by the truck load.

Also, flavored Soy milk might help you - Vanilla or Chocolate - Choc has a lot of carbs though.

I'm lactose intolerant also and I drink soy milk. Its called "Silk" and its damn good. You'll probably just have to stay away from all dairy products...thats not bad though most of it isn't great for you anyway.
 
bro try eating lots of peanut butter sandwiches,will put alot of mass on.pasta also good if your not worried about putting on a little fat.
 
ight , preciate all the good info. I currently have 100% whey, does that have lactose in it even I mix it with water or soymilk?
