hey guys i am back. i was gone for a while. it was my last 2 weeks b4 my college would start so i partied the fuck out of my self everysingle night. but everything ended bad because a fuking girl broke my heart real bad. though we a some strong muthfukas but that shit really hearted. so my eyes were pretty moist for a while. but i am back i havent trained for 3 weeks i have gained arounf 7% bf in these last weeks i have been eating around 10000 cals a day. but i plan to start a bulk/cut cycle in a month or so. but i am gonna start training hard and watch my diet from next weeks this my first week of the college so i have to get a little adjusted to everything. but soon MADCHEMIST THE JUICY MESIAH will be back.


Thermo was telling me that u guys were talking about me while i was gone. can some one mail me the post.
 
Sorry to hear about that bro . I've been down that road before and i know how ya feel. Glad that you are back though. Oh and about that thread, you really don't wanna see it . We were all talkin shit about you while you were gone j/K bro. Hope things get better from here on.
