Does anybody know of a decent and free or affordable program in which I can track my training progress and keep my logs?

Might sound stupid but I like keeping stats. It keeps me motivated.

Why not use a spreadsheet app like Excel or Quattro to record the data. You could even chart your progress over time, do a lot of other things too.

Well I'm doing that, but i'm not too great at excell and it's not really what I'm looking for!

I kinda like that Technogym Wellness software they have at the gym for tracking your cardio.

You can use Access and make up your own database. Works actually well if you have the knowledge in Access or get someone who does.

Excel, its good to track training, and very nice to track your cycle and weight gains, etc.
