What you need for? I don't think most will need B12 shots. They intended for B12 deficient people.

I did not like them. I did B12 at 1000mcg EOD. I thought it was making me hungry, but then I really did not eat more. Give it a try.

i like doing 500 mcg/day.

that's 1/2cc it gives me a lot of energy, and helps a little with hunger.

it's water soluble, so any extra is simply excreted in the urine.

thanks........i took a few years ago,but didnt know the strenth or whatever.......

people that i have known to take them do a get a little boost and seem to get a better sleep too.

My doc recommended 1000 mics once per week for my eye twitch. Didnt do shit but no effect on hunger or really anything else. Looked it up but didnt see how it could effect hunger.
