How much Glucosamine, and Chondroitin to take?

Hey all,

I'm 27 years old, 6'1 225. I have these new tablets that are 500mg glucosamine, and 400mg Chondroitin each.

The bottle says that a serving is 3 tablets at once?? what do you guys think?

Even though is more expensive, I buy Osteo Bi-Flex. Each caplets has 750mgs of Gluco and 600mgs of Chondro. I take two a day and it keeps my joints in to shape. If I were you I take two of those a day. If you don't see any improvement up the dose.
