click on user cp at the top right side of page.

Go to "user cp" at the top right corner and it will pop up if you have one. you can actually have a window pop up notifying you of one. I figure that's in you options, but not sure (it just popped up when I got one).

you can also change your profile to have a pop up notification when you rec. a pm.
