if you have an injury AS will not help in healing it, just wait until your 100%

Many pro football players have been quoted saying that they couldn't play all their games if it wasn't for AS to help get through their injuries. I am not telling you to start your cycle though. It all depends on what your shoulder was injured from. I myself would wait until you are better.

I myself did not wait for the pain in my shoulder to go away befor I started my next cycle. Here I am 3 months post surgery just starting out again. I ended up completely tearing my tendon off of the bone. So make sure what kind of injury you have befor rolling on a cycle. if it is just some soft tissue stuff you should be ok. but that should go away in a short time anyway. Unless you are getting paid like a pro athelete dont do what a pro does.

The pro players that have made that comment usually also mention that they use the AS to get back up to speed faster. Im not sure if it would be helpful in healing injuries.

bigdan, specifically what kind of pain are you having, is it sharp, blunt, etc? Also, where exactly is the pain in your shoulder, front, side, back? Does it seem to be aggrevated with certain exercises, like military presses? You may have early signs of a rotator cuff tear. Many times anabolic steroids will speed up the recovery process with respect to soft tissue injuries.

Hit us back with answers to the above questions.

it only hurts on flat bench. shld presses are fine. side laterals are fine. the pain is right where my trap ties in. i may have strained it on deadlifts thurs then i benched on fri. i do my rotator exercises.

That does not sound like any rotator cuff injury to me, it actually just sounds like a pinched nerve. Take an over the counter anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen and just do exercises like rotating your neck in circles slowly a few times a day. Also try to bring your shoulders up like you are trying to touch your ears with them. You should be fine in a couple of weeks. If the pain persists any longer go to doctor and get checked out to make sure you don't have a herniated disk or anything. I had a similar pain a while back and it worked itself out in a few weeks. Good luck bro. :D
