DNP comes in two forms I was told, a pure crysyal form and a powder . Is there a difference in the two. Does it matter which one to take? Thanx The Game

crystal is much stronger and hits you faster.

I prefer the crystal over the powder, but less experienced users should start wiht a low dose of the powder IMO.
