post cycle update: Man, I just don't feel like working out

Well my first real cycle has ended over more than a week now and I just don't feel the same. In general I feel emotioanally well but for some reason I just don't feel like workin' out. I have workout off course and can't complain. Strength has remained the same, but I was bored out of my mind. During my cycle I never felt like stopping and know I keep on yawning throughout the entire workouts.

I also feel pretty tired. I sleep 10-12 hours every night now and I still feel pretty sleepy during the day.

This feeling sounds familiar? Will it stay or will it go away when clomid therapy starts? Hope it goes away soon, don't wanna loose what I have gained.

Another thing I have noticed... my skin and scalp are both very oily. Now one should normally have this during a cycle, but I didn't. I had no oily skin or acne whatsoever. In fact, during the entire cycle I didn't even have the occasional pimples. Now, ten days after last injection, I have gotten a few pimples here and there and my skin and scalp or very oily.

For the rest I feel pretty ok, but I do feel like I'm missing something and don't what. I have a kind of strange empty feeling inside.

Anyway, next cycle will be start sooner than planned. This cycle was very mild, 250 enanth and 400 primo per week. I'll think I'll only take 5 weeks off and then start my test/deca cycle. Hopefully 5 weeks is enough.
 
bro same thing happened to me my first 4 cycles, use clomid, makes a big differance. I would sleep alot, felt weak after a while. the hardest part is staying off the juice the required off time. its normal though. (even super man had to rest).
 
I would say take some eca before your workouts to get you through them. I take it every time I workout any way just to make sure I give it my all but sounds like you definitely need a "pick me up" so give it a shot. Hope you feel better bro.
 
Welcome to the "crash" my friend. Your test levels are dropping now bigtime making you feel less energetic and agressive. Cortisol is now able to bind with your skeletal muscle more than ever, so the next thing you'll experience will be some muscle loss. With test levels dropping, your system will be pretty wacky, including estrogen levels making for the oily skin.

It's really important to stick to a good diet right now and keep working out too. Eat plenty of protein and take in oilive oil, fish oil or flax oil a few times a day. The good fats help promote your own body's natural test production. Take extra zinc and magnesium at night before bet too. Do compound exercises too as they do the same. Do deadlifts or squats at the beginning of pretty much every workout. I'd start the clomid at 1 week too. I know alot of folks would disagree, but I hate losing gains and I'd rather use more clomid than I need to than start 1hr too late! If you have arimidex or liquidex, now is a good time to keep it going too.

5 Weeks probably WON"T be enough time for your natural test production to kick back in fully. It MAY be, but probably won't be. If you don't care about that, then go for it whenever you feel like it....I've certainly done that a time or two, lol.

You can try taking gensing and st. Johns wort to help with the mental aspect. You can try melatonin at night too. If that route doesn't do it, either go back "on" or get a scrip for prozac or some other antidepressant. Some would say tough it out, but I don't think depression is something to screw with especially if you have a lifestyle that depends on your ability to think straight and interact with people.

Good luck on getting through it...not looking forward to that myslef in the next few week...lol, it'll probably be me crying the blues here soon.
 
Tnx BSBW. Motivating words. I'll get by I hope. Hope I don't start feeling like a girl now. I'm currently on nolva to keep estro levels at bay. I've been on nolva all cycle long. Clomid therapy starts next week.

And for Vaunz... I have taken ECA before workouts. Didn't help. I helped with energy levels, but not with mood.
 
If you feel your Test levels crashing now,why not start the clomid now? I sometimes move my schedule up or back depending on how my body feels even though it may vary from the structured plan a bit.

If I do, should the length of the therapy be the same? And should I continue the nolva as well or stop it when clomid starts?
 
A good thing I have enough than!!

Another? for the cycle I did, will this do:

first day at 200 mg, 6 days at 100 mg, and the rest at 50 mg.

Also, should I divide the doses, or take 'm all at once?

And again, should I continue nolve as well or not?
 
Totally agree with BSBW.
Continue the Nolva,you don't need to break up the clomid dosages at 100mg or less,above that I split them.
I run my clomid til my nuts are back and the little man is regularly standing at attention,even if its longer than the usual 2-3 weeks. Just go by how your body feels instead of a ridgid"cookbook" approach.

Ok I will go for it.

My nuts haven't shrunk however and Little Willy is as big and happy as ever. No problems there.
 
i'm in that same boat bro, i'm in day 14 of clomid, and i don't feel like workin out at all, i miss the pumps. . . . depressing can't wait till next cycle
 
getting thru it emotionally is very tough to do....that is were u find out if your mind is as strong as your body.
 
Yeah i hear ya on that. It's like having a car running on nitrous then shutting it off. Very crappy feeling to say the least. I kinda go through the motions at the gym but don't have any enthusiasm.

My feelings exactly. Love the nitro expression. Reminds me of the movie 'The Fast And the Furious'.

You know what else is a major downside. While on, I was hitting on girls like never before and they liked it. Now I just don't feel like it and it shows. Bye bye groovy bachelors life!!

LOL , i forgot to mention the part about the girl thing. Same thing here bro . You lose your " Mojo" lol.

Well than yes it's gone. On cycle my bed was filled and now it's empty again. :(

Ah well, I'll get by. I already have a date for tomorrow. My first bike ride with a girl. Everything will be just fine (fingers crossed)!
 
If you plan on using anti-dperessants for the after cycle blues, remember that most of them don't affect you right away. Some take up to a month before they start to work so it is something you need to plan ahead for. Your hormones are all out of wack right now and that is probably the cause of the acne breaking out. It happens to me too.
 
Well I am not really planning on using any anti-d's. I'm feeling a bit down but surely not depressed. I have some tricyclics lying around from my mom though... woudl those be helpfull?
