going on Clomid in 3 days?

Should I keep working out with no break or stop for a week or 2?

I see so much conficting info on this, was on a fina only cycle at 75mg ed for 8 weeks, So I know my nuts are shut down bad, So Is it good to take a week off to let clomid start to work its magic or keep going like I am still on?

You're right about there being a lot of conflicting info out there. I can't really giv you an answer. Personally I don't stop working out. I change my diet around a little. I don't spend as much time in the gym. I stick to heavy sets of the typical mass builders. (squats, deads, presses,etc). This is what works for me. I think it is more of a trial and error thing personally and you will have to find out what works for you. I also start using glutamine and creatine.
 
thanks DAMN this sucks, I guess I will take 1 week off and load up on creatine and glutamine and then after 1 week my nuts should be kinda working , i just dont want to push myself then have the cortisol just eat all the gains I just made.

Damn oh well I ll let ya guys know what happens,

id start the creatine 1 wk before you lay off the gym. taking post workout really crams the muscles with it, and our bodies have a nasty habit of not using creatine when our hormone levels are low/not existant.

i even take it on cycle, ASS increases creatine uptake and holding alot, so take advantage of it.
