Which ALA is better?

The 500mg ALA from anabolical or the 100mg R-ALA from Anabolic Fitness?

What is the diffrence between regular ala and r-ala.

Why? I thought that the R-ALA was much better. How much ala = r-ala?

I've tried both and liked the 500 much more.

The ALA from anabolical is called a racemic mix. It is a 50/50 blend of r-ALA and s-ALA. When ALA is created... the manufacutring process creates two enantomers...mirror images of themselves.
These two are the r-type and the s-type. This is the same ALA that has been widely available on the market for many years and that all the bro's have been getting great results with.

Just recently r-ALA only has been introduced. This company that sells r-ALA claims that it is up to three times as effective as original ALA. However it cost about 5 times as much ....

One unbiased user of both types said he could use less r-ALA and get the same results as with ALA. But since he could do it for half the price with original ALA....then that was the better choice.
