Need help, I am starting clomid tomm, and I posted earlier about working out hard like on cycle or take it easy? Here is my new question(and last 1) If on a fina only cycle 75ed for 8 weeks, What is the best way to keep gains, I am doing the clomid thing as well, and creatine and l-glutamine, I just don't want to lose anything if I can help It. If I do lose does anyone now how much I am looking at?
Gained about 15 good pounds.

I'm not saying to eat like you did while on cycle, But you do need to increase your caloric intake from what you used before cycle to maintain that body weight...to feed those new muscles.

Keep up the hard w/o's
 
i usually try to take it easy in the gym for a few weeks, but like bass said i keep the cals up and eat alot of protein.
 
Make sure you're taking creatine and glutamine during your clomid. Also starting clen would be a good thing to do now.
