Anyone ever tried natural supplements like garlic, ginger, grape seed extract, Hawthorn Berry, Ginkgo biloba, Dandelion Leaf or any other for lowering blood pressure while on a cycle? Did you have good results?

Garlic is supposed to be awesome for lowering blood pressure. Lots of docs recommended for people with borderline hypertension. Not sure if it makes any diff if you have true hypertension (hardened arteries and slow kidneys) vs those that take shitload of meds that induce water retention like us.
Cant think of any reason it would make a diff though

I'll shop for some garlic supp's today and give it a try.

Bump, anyone else who uses it to keep bp at bay during a cycle?

CELERY contains a naturally occurring chemical called "apigenin" which has been shown to dilate the blood vessels and contribute to preventing high blood pressure. Although celery is especially high in sodium (and people with high blood pressure are typically put on low-sodium diets), celery seems to lower blood pressure. This was discovered by a medical student at the University of Chicago Medical Center whose father was diagnosed with mild hypertension. Instead of reducing sodium intake, or taking drugs, the father was given a quarter pound of celery to eat each day. After a week, his blood pressure dropped from 158/96 to 118/82. This observation led to further study that found very small amounts of a chemical in celery called 3-n-butyl phtalide which lowered blood pressure (by relaxing the smooth muscles that line the blood vessels) in rats by 12%-14% and also lowered cholesterol by about 7%.
