Any regular on the board knows my interest for DNP and those who don't, look up the threads.

I will follow the poll!

FYI... I will only do 500 for a week. Maybe some days more, but surely no higher dose than 500.

Hit me with replies...

I get terrible cramps on clen, no matter how much I drink or supplement with electrolytes!

i posted a similar thread a while back about dnp or t-3 and I got the response that t3 is a lot safer and more idiot proof...yeah I know chicken..you called me an idiot and i won't forget it!

The only people i would approve of using DNP are the extremely obese ones that are about to die from heart attacks or strokes. Basically the ones that are 400, 500 lbs and up. Those are the kind of people that can actually save their lives by using DNP cause they're at a high risk of dying. Anyone outside of this group should steer clear from it imo.

not for me...

sorry, I know lots of guys use it successfully...but I just can't tolerate the fact that the effective doseage is so close to the lethal doseage. I wouldn't trust ANYONE with that margin of error, not even myself! Besides, T3, clen and ECA combined with heavy cardio and strict dieting is PLENTY powerful enough to drop bf in short time frames.

I voted yes.

But really you should try other methods first IMO.

As said above good results can be got from a simple eca stack combined with T3 if you can not take clen.
