Wel since high bp seems to be the only real problem I have on AS, I'm searching hard for info.

So I was wondering, for those of you who 'cure' high blood pressure with cardio, what are the guidelines? Is just some random running or biking enough or do you guys do it in a specific way?

From what I have read, 30 minutes of moderate activity ED.

I hate cardio. Good thing I can watch tv, put some musci on and whatch those chicks asses wiggle in front of me on the stepp's. If it weren't for that incentive.... :D

It’s like that commercial I saw. Aerobics is a sport, a spectator sport.

The article I read didn't necessarily mean 30 minutes of cardio. They listed things like fishing, walking etc. Just being active.

Well I do leisure activities for 30 minutes everyday for sure. Bp isn't lowering however. Might have to see the doc again.

I'm very worried for my coming cycle. I don't know what I ahve to do if I get that high bp again.

Yeah they say at least 30min. ED can lower BP substantially! Some say it's better than many prescriptions for BP

Well if that's so than I don't know what wrong with me.

Look here man, I dont get this at all. At your age, high blood pressure due to hypertension is almost impossible. From your pics, Id be surprised if you're over 30. there is no freakin way you have hypertension. What you prob have is induced high blood pressure from increased levels of electrolytes in your system which are retaining water. Just piss the stuff out. You already drink lots of water, drink some diuretics. Caffeine, beer, even the damn water should help you unless you're taking in so much other stuff with it that youre just retaining more and more.

BTW, the articles you guys are talking about are mostly intended for geezer bluehair wetflys with hypertension due to years of fat deposit on their arteries which now have the flexibility of copper piping. thats why they have hypertension. Unless youve been on winny for the last 25 years with a egg yolk diet to boot, I cant see this applying to you. Not that it wouldnt hurt. But spending the time you do in the gym and excersizing is a little more beneficial than fishing or walking through the frikin mall.

I don't get this at all too bro. After my first of my cycle my bp was 180 over 105. Now two weeks after my cycle it's 160 over 9.

I keep having muscle cramps so I'm supplementing with 1 gram of potassium a day and 500 mg of magnesium.

My bro did the very same cycle, only he made it a cutting one. He is even more ripped than me on the pics and he had very high bp as well. Maybe t's the primo, I don't know.

Anyway, ifI'm going to bulk in fall I'm bound to reatin lots of water so!!

I'm 24 btw.

And I ahve just been searching and foudn out Kallium (Potassium) actually lowers bp so that can't be it!. I'v gotten quite a bit fatter but I'm surely not overweighted!
