i want to be 200 pounds, im at 186 right now with absolutley no body fat.

I'm 5'11" at 185lbs too but only around 11% bf. My goal is to be 200-207 at your body fat aswell.

u r a ripped guy??? I think youll be at 220 offseason. Im about 190 when im as shredded as you r. Great work bro....youll b as big as stupid biotch, dont worry so much about the ripped look untill u r on stage bud. Im at 225 now and pretty lean. stay at about 12 percent and build from there ....youll get what ur looking for
