This thread appears to be useless so I'll ask it differently... what does everyone do to keep bp under control. I mean I can't be the only one whose bp skyrocketed. I thought high bp was a very common side effect for those on AS.

Now, cardio doens't help. My doc said it is only helpfull for overweight people who don't have medical conditions. So not to treat high blood pressure caused by drugs. I've tried cardio for more than a month now and it doens't help indeed for me. In fact during cardio itself bp rises even more which is very uncomfortable and dangerous.

For those who suffer... do you all just go to the doc and take medicines or what?

I really have to find an answer or else I kan kiss my fall cycle goodbye. This high bp is very really annoying, it really makes me feel unwell. And I have some serious issues with the words 'silent killer'.

Yes,I take blood pressure medicine and it helps....Im also taking more than a gram a test,so whoever says BP meds wont help while on AS is full of it.Try a mild diuretic for now untill you see a doc and lower salt intake

the best natural diuretic is grapes and shit load of water. so drink gangs of water and eat a truck load of grapes every day and take 20mg od lasix for a few days. that shall help a lot. eat bananas, fuk the salt.

I have the same problem. My BP takes off like a jet. I don't think taking an ECA helps either.

What's in grapes that make them so good for water loss?

Sjok, if you go to the doc while on, do you mention you are on and do you mention you intend to stay on? I mean, if I were to say that than I guess he is going to help me along from the point of view that I'm stopping my cycle and not contuing it. I don't know how happy he's gonna be if my box of pills is empty and I keep coming for more., if you know what I mean.

i dont know but i read that in Anabolic Primer(book) and i think a few years back there was an article in Muscle & fitness i am not sure which one. when i was on my last cycle i was eating a lot of grapes it helped me with my water retention a lot.
