Well, last night i worked out for the first time in about 6-8 weeks.

I didn't workout seriously over the summer at all. I had a lot of stuff going on, and wanted to spend the majority of my time with my woman i don't get to see during the school year.....

But i'm back at school, and starting my training regimine again......

Yet again, i've managed to gain back a LOT of fat and am in need of some serious cutting.....

But hey, that's what working out is for.......

Oh yeah, and i don't have the internet at my house, so that's why you won't see me online much at all :(
 
Well, there might be a virus that is being emailed around. I'm getting virus from myself from that account.

That's not my email though.
 
I did get some good cardio in, i tell you that much :D

now i just have to get some size back and cut off all that damn fat.
 
My Current Plan for Cutting.....

OK, here's what i'm starting to sort of "kick start" my workouts again:

Dbol at 50 mg/day weeks 1-4
Test E at 375 mg/wk weeks 1-10
EQ at 800 mg/day weeks 1-10
Fina at 100 mg/day weeks 7-12
Winstrol at 50 mg/day weeks 8-12

clomid weeks 12-16
GH at 3 iu/day weeks 10-19
Slin at 5 iu/day weeks 10-13, 17-19
T3 at 50 mcg/day weeks 11-19

GH at 4.5 iu/day weeks 20-29
Anavar at 50 mg/day weeks 20-25
Test Prop at 100 mg/day weeks 20-29
Fina at 80 mg/day weeks 20-29

GH at 2 iu/day weeks 30-36
clomid weeks 30-36

I'm hoping for a complete change in body composition over the next 30 weeks....... I'll be dieting and doing cardio pretty much the whole time, so we'll see what happens.

Holy crap. Nice plan. It took me a while to get through just reading it. Imagine if I had to come up with that one myself. thank god for cut and paste
 
It's pretty mild all around, i just want to cut down and be a decent size.

I started the dbol on monday, and i'll start the eq tomorrow. Yeah, i had a little delay on the EQ, but it's all here now :D

I'll take measurements every monday, and weigh myself on the same scale.

I'm not certain on my starting bodyfat though. I'm afraid to get that measured, because it will probably depress me.....

Oh well, looks like a fun semester for me :)
