FOOD IS THE KEY NUTRIENT!!!

AS YOU ALL WHO KNOW ME KNOW IM NOT A SMALL UN-TROPHYED ENGLISH LAD, AND YOU KNOW I STAY ON ALONG TIME BUT LATELY ID BIN ON SINCE OFF CYCLE ABOUT 5 WEEKS AND NOT MUCH AT MY DEVELOPEMENT THEN I SERIOUSLY STARTED EATING CARBS AND PROTEIN EACH HOUR...BAM!!! 17LB THAT MONTH! WAS ADDING 15 -30 LBS EACH DEADLIFT SESSION,30LBS ONE WEEK JUMP! SQUATIN A 7 REP WEIGHT FOR 11 NEXT WEEK THEN ADDING 20LBS NEXT WEEK AND GETTIN 12! ETC AND FOR MY DEVELOPEMENT THATS A SHITLOAD!!! AND NOT MUCH GEAR!!! ITS ALL FOOD NEWBIES! LEARN! GEAR MAKES PROTEIN SYNTHESIS AND THE ASSIMILATION OF CALORIES EASY!

funny tho..over here we call them alevels..but you call them high school diplomas i think..the things you need to be allowed to go to college! i got the highest grade! funny tho what tren can do for ones senses! id write alot more legable but you yanks wouldnt get the gist of it!
