It's hard as hell for me to get all the protein needed to make a cycle go (and still have time left in the day)! I found help with these: chicken cordon blue from Barber foods. They're frozen, take about 30 mins. in the oven, and each one has 30 grams of protein (alot of fat, too). They taste good. Will be in frozen foods section of supermarket.
PS - feel free to move this if u want, mods. I put it here b/c i don't go anywhere else.

Man, I prepare the protein for myself (6-8 meals a day), my wife (6 meals a day), and my 2 kids, and yeah, it can be time consuming. I cook as much as possible at a time, usually on my gas grill. We buy a ton of chicken in bulk (@1.99/lb), lean ground turkey (93% lean), ground ostrich patties, and occasionally beef. I grill 8 hamburgers (turkey or ostrich) or chicken breasts at a time, or 5 lbs of chicken in the crock pot. Or throw a turkey breast in the oven. I also try and keep tuna and shakes handy at all times. If stuff starts getting boring, I'll throw some salsa on whatever, or throw some spice on stuff before I cook it. It is hard to stay on top of the cooking, though.

PRICE CLUB- they have shit loads of chicken breasts frozen. All you have to do is take them from the freezer directly to the grill or frying pan, throw in some seasoning and let a cook a couple mins.

YOu could do like Homer and get a 6 foot long sub and hide it in your couch everytime you get tired of eating it. It'll last you a while.
