how much do u sleep???

on gear how many hours do you sleep a night, i know rest is essential but i have heard so many damn opinions on this, last cycle i slept approx 8 hrs a night. . . . what are your opinions???

That what your aiming for.. 8 uninterupted hr of some good rem sleep..
Now do I get it...Hell no.. But I've always had a funky sleeping pattern.

I wish I could get 8. It's what I aim for, but I usually end up stairing at the ceiling for half the night and get a 6 if I'm lucky.

I shoot for 8 hours a night every night.

I usually get 6 hours a night during the week, and a 2 hours nap in the afternoon.

The weekends i get about 10 hours a night.

I can't get ANY sleep since starting the juice.I toss and turn all night.Valiums worked for awhile but it was taking more and more.The doctor put me on an anti-anxiety pill[related to valium] and the effects wore off in less than a week.I didn't sleep for 3 days straight,so last night I broke down and took the med along with 20mg valium and got 6 hrs good sleep.So will have to settle for that a couple times a week.Want to try something from the MC store soon.

I have terrible working hours. I sleep somewhere between 3 and 16 hours. This morning I was only home from the night shift at 8 am and I was already awake again at 11.

I take lots of sleeping aids, otherwise my shifts would be unbeareable.
