OK,it went like this.Military press 10 sets of 10.Moved to dumbells.Bent over flys for rear delts.went from 25lbs to last set with 60lbs. then got a barbell ready for shoulder shrugs.I picked it up I thought in good form,and instantly my quads locked up like cement.I dropped the barbell and fell straight over in excruciating pain for about 15 minutes I could not even think about bending one of my legs.Then it was a slow process of bending then trying to stretch a little,and walk it off.I stretch my legs for 10-20 min b4 EVERY workout.Is that not enough??
