I JUST GOT A SEIZURE LETTER FROM THE DEA CONCERNING AN ORDER!! THEY WANT ME TO COME PICK UP MY PROPERTY. I KNOW ITS CASH. WHAT DO I DO GUYS? AM I IN TROUBLE?

MODS KNOW WHO THIS IS CONCERNING.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I don't think that they "know it's you". They are making assumptions based on the return addy or some other info you gave when sending it, right? I would chalk it up as a loss and do nothing. If they contact you deny everything. I know guys who deliberatly use a random return address just so that doesn't happen to them. Sucks though bro.

First time I have heard about DEA letter. To be safe I would make sure you don't have any gear/pins in your house. Lay low for awhile and it will all blow over. Can't really get in trouble unless you are caught red handed with gear in your hand.

It was from an order he placed with a domestic source that recently got popped. We at the fitnessboard had a nice big sticky about him and I think it might still be there.

don't mean to speak for O2 but figure he's in a rush to get as much info as possible so I thought I'd answer what I knew.

THANKS BIOTCH, AND THANKS GUYS...LOOKS LIKE IM CLEANING HOUSE FOR A WHILE. I THINK MY GRANDMOTHER MAY BE GETTING SWOLE FROM HERE ON OUT!!!

THANKS AND ILL KEEP YOU GUYS POSTED....

Just play dumb. Don't sign anything and don't admit anything on the phone. Should be ok. The DEA will probably be more interested in where the source got his stuff not the people buying from him IMO.

Deny everything, and act like you know nothing! They are only trying to get you to slip, then nail you with something! Don't even think about it and you'll be fine.

No its not to late...they don't want u or even care if u exist. All they want is to try to get the little guy (the user) to role over and give up the source or sources as the case may be. They want the big fish not the little minnows. Don't answer the letter and ignore it. Call it a loss and treat anything as junkmail from them.

the mail man delivered a package of fina and then made my girlfriend sign for a certified letter from "u.s. department of drug enforcement administration assets forfeiture agency" they cleaned out n*** 's p.o. box with my money still in the envelope to pay for my order. along with $4977.00 of other money. they want me to claim my money i sent him.

hell no i aint claimin it!! but thats what the letter said.
i thought you guys would want to know about it...

Thanks for the heads up...anyone who used him should be very careful using the same addy that they used with him, could bring up some red flags.

forget about the money. toss the letter. deny everything. they probably don't care about you. You'll be fine.

BUT! i'm gonna have to tell this story:

I knew this guy from work. Gratefull dead t-shirt, long hair kinda guy. Lives on the edge of town with his wife and his cute kid. One day, someone breaks into his house and steals his walkman, camera, and other junk. He forgets about it.

Then, 4 mo later. The cops come to his house with a warrant and bust him for possession of pot. Which any fool coulda told you he had.

This is what happened. Cops get a tip. They go to some teenagers house and find a bunch of stolen junk from the neighborhood. They press the kid, he gives up his friends, all the loot gets recovered. But, in with the loot is some pot. "Where did you get that?" the cops say.

Guess whos freezer it came from.

The moral of the story is: You'd probably better clean out your house for a couple of months. You'll be safer once the court-case with the source is closed.
